Everything you buy from 1ity is available from your account. Files are not attached to emails and are never stored in a public folder.
Find your downloads
- Sign in at My account with the email address you used at checkout.
- Open Downloads. Every paid order is listed there.
- Download the file for that order. The link is personal to your purchase and will not work for anyone else.
Ordered as a guest?
Checkout does not require an account. If you checked out as a guest, the order confirmation email carries your download links and your order number. You do not need that email to get back to the file: the form below finds the order from the email address you paid with and the order number.
Download limits and expiry
Each product states its download limit and how long the link stays valid. Both are shown on the product page before you buy and again next to the download in your account.
Lost the email, or the link has expired?
A download link works for one hour. Enter the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt and the downloads for that order appear with fresh links — no account and no email needed. Links made this way count against the same download allowance as the ones in your account.
Find your downloads
If the email never arrived or the link has expired, you do not need either: enter the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt, and the downloads for that order appear here. Links are created when you ask for them and work for one hour.
If a link stops working
Send us the order number and the product name. Do not post a download link anywhere public: anyone who has it can use up your remaining downloads.
