Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to what people ask before buying. If yours is not here, email us: the answer usually belongs on this page.

What do I actually receive?

A download, not a shipped object. The product page lists what is inside the archive, which formats are included and how large the download is.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout works as a guest. An account is only useful for finding your files again later; a guest order keeps its download links in the order email.

How many times can I download a file?

The download limit and its expiry are stated on the product page. If you hit a limit that was not clear before you paid, email us with the order number.

Which licence comes with a file?

The licence is stated on the product page, and it says what you may do with the file: personal use, commercial use, modification, or a combination. Buying a file gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Can I use a file in paid client work?

Read the licence on the product page before you buy. If the licence you need is not offered for that product, ask before purchasing rather than after.

Can I get a refund?

A file that cannot be opened, or that does not match its description, is a support problem first: we will replace it where possible, or refund it.

The file will not open. What now?

Check the software version and file format listed on the product page first. If they match and the file still fails, email us with the order number and the exact error message.

Can I share a file with a colleague?

No. A licence covers the buyer unless the product page says otherwise. Sharing the file, or posting a download link, breaks the licence and uses up your remaining downloads.

Why is there no phone number?

Support runs over email so that every request carries its order number, payment reference and history in one thread. The contact page lists what to include.

Where are the terms and the delivery policy?
